Yes, we ship worldwide.

 

Where do you ship from?

Our orders are shipped from our fulfillment partners’ warehouses.

 

Can I change or cancel my order?

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at team.tinymate@outlook.com.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, we are unable to make changes or cancellations. In that case, you may request a return after receiving your order.

 

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX).

 

When will my order be processed?

Orders are processed Monday through Friday. Please allow 1–3 business days for order processing. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

 

How long will it take to receive my order?

Shipping times may vary depending on your location. On average, orders arrive within 1–2 weeks after shipment.

 

What if I don’t receive my order?

If you haven’t received your order within 30 days after shipping, please contact us and we’ll make it right.

 

Will I be charged customs duties or taxes?

Prices displayed on our site are exclusive of taxes and duties. Depending on your location, you may be required to pay customs duties or import taxes upon delivery. These charges are determined by your local customs office and are the responsibility of the customer. Tinymate™ is not responsible for delays caused by customs.

 

What is your return policy?

To start a return, please contact us at team.tinymate@outlook.com. We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return the item must be in the same condition you received it, in the original packaging, proof of purchase is required.
